Who You Are An Inside Sales Agent (ISA) supports our mission to serve home buyers and sellers with a high level of customer service. We're seeking an individual to produce opportunities for us to deliver our high level of service to a greater number of clients, convert pre-qualified leads into new clients, and turn existing customers into repeat business. ISA's are often the first point of contact prospective customers have with our team. This position requires someone who is inquisitive with great interpersonal skills. Inside Sales Agents are highly trustworthy, motivated, and personable. Strong sales skills are a must. In this role, you will Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents. Pick up the phone and have conversations with new leads. Manage a sales pipeline using digital communication methods. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, text, email, to add them to the sales pipeline. Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process. Maintain a database of prospective clients to ensure organization and follow-up on all leads.
